Management Training Consultants is a Training and Development company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Established in 1993, the company is run by Terry Zietsman who designs and trains programmes on a national and international basis.

Terry believes that each individual is unique and needs to be treated as such. She believes that people need to be encouraged to make use of their full potential and understand the value of being self-aware, self-accepting and self-accountable. The importance of a positive attitude, being humble, enthusiastic, persistent and self-motivated is her key to individual success and happiness.
